Making a background image (for userlookups) Okay, I see many sites/people asking for this help many times a day. They either want to know how to make it to give it away or just use it for personal use. Well first get the images. for images search google, yahoo, MSN or any other search engine or go here: http://www.neopets.com/select_shopkeeper.phtml?shopkeeper_picture=166 DO NOT use the backgrounds or full images unless you cut them off, but if you DO cut them off remember to try to keep it looking nice. I did this once with my corner images and I thought it looked nice then the next day it was HIDEOUS ^_^ Okay, now you want it to look cool, and keep it in style. I am going to use this image:
After you find the image, save it then go to paint/whatever program you have. I would use microsoft paint for this part though. Now, when you open paint program just use the blank page, don't use the image yet!!! Now, Use the circle tool. Make a bunch of big circles, medium circles and small circles in one huge thing. like this: Thats what the finished product should look like, but in your case, it should have the huge circle lines yet. Now this can look any way you want, i just did that very quickly so its not my best work.
Now after that, erase ALL THE INSIDE lines. not the outside, otherwise it's start from beginning. Now, once your done with that, you can maybe ad vertical lines whatever to it. Then... Add the image!!! If you followed these steps, this image should kinda turn out like this:
